At Ghost Directive (DeepMerchAI LLC), we strive to provide high-quality experiences and products. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures for both digital subscriptions and physical products.


1. Subscription Refund Policy

All subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed for a subscription tier, it is final.

  • No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle.
  • If you experience technical issues preventing access to paid content, contact help@ghostdirective.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

2. Physical Product Return Policy

We only accept returns for defective physical products. If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery to qualify for a return or replacement.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email help@ghostdirective.com within 5 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide Proof – Include photos or a detailed description of the defect in your email.
  3. Return Shipping – If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Replacement or Refund – Once we receive the defective item, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Non-defective physical products are not eligible for return.
  • Digital goods and subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear does not qualify as a defect.
