Ghost Directive, operated by DeepMerchAI LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), is an immersive, real-world espionage game. However, this is a game—not an excuse to break laws, endanger others, or act recklessly. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules and expectations for all participants.

By accessing or participating in Ghost Directive, you agree to abide by this AUP. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, permanent removal ("Burned"), or legal action.

1. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activity

Breaking the law in any capacity as part of the game will result in immediate removal and potential legal consequences.

🚨 Strictly prohibited activities:
❌ Trespassing – You may not enter private property, restricted areas, or government locations without explicit permission. If a mission appears to require this, ABANDON IT IMMEDIATELY.
❌ Impersonating Law Enforcement or Government Officials – You may not claim to be police, military, FBI, CIA, or any real intelligence or law enforcement officer. This includes wearing official uniforms, badges, or carrying fake credentials.
❌ Surveillance & Stalking – You may not follow, record, or observe non-players in a way that could be interpreted as stalking, harassment, or intimidation.
❌ Weapons & Violence – No real or replica firearms, knives, explosives, or any other weapons. Physical altercations, intimidation, or simulated combat in public spaces will result in immediate removal.
❌ Stealing or Property Damage – Missions NEVER require taking or damaging real-world objects. Any form of theft, vandalism, or property damage is grounds for permanent removal.
❌ Interfering with Emergency Services – Do not block, delay, or interfere with first responders, emergency personnel, or law enforcement in any capacity.
❌ Public Disturbance & Disorderly Conduct – No screaming, running, hiding, or acting suspiciously in public places. Your behavior must remain discreet and non-disruptive.
❌ Substances & Intoxication – No illegal drug use or playing while intoxicated. If you are visibly under the influence during gameplay, you will be removed.
❌ Human Trafficking or Exploitation – If you even think this game involves kidnapping, extortion, or trafficking—you are in the wrong place and will be reported.
❌ Using the Game to Commit Real Crimes – If you attempt to use Ghost Directive to plan or coordinate real-world crimes, we will report you to law enforcement. No exceptions.

💀 If you engage in any of the above, you will be BURNED (permanently banned) and, if necessary, reported to authorities.

2. Player Communication Rules

Ghost Directive uses an encrypted internal messaging system (g0st.net) for in-game interactions. This system is for game-related use only.

🚫 Prohibited Activities on g0st.net:

  • No Real-World Threats – Do not discuss harming others or suggest violence.
  • No Hate Speech or Harassment – Racism, sexism, homophobia, or targeting players with threats, bullying, or intimidation will result in an immediate ban.
  • No Doxxing – You may not share personal information (real names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.) of players or non-players.
  • No Illegal Discussions – Do not use the platform to discuss or promote criminal activity.
  • No Hacking or Unauthorized Access – Any attempt to exploit or disrupt g0st.net will result in legal action.
  • No Spamming or Self-Promotion – This is not a marketplace or recruitment tool for external businesses or causes.

3. Security, Privacy & Game Integrity

🔒 You Must Respect Player Privacy & Security:

  • No Unauthorized Recordings – You may not take photos, film, or record other players outside the game without their consent.
  • No Sharing of Game Information – You may NOT post mission details, codes, strategies, or walkthroughs on Reddit, YouTube, Discord, or any public forum.
  • No Guides, Hints, or Help Videos – Creating YouTube videos, social media posts, or public discussions that assist others in completing missions is strictly prohibited.
  • No Spoilers or Leaks – If you leak game content, missions, or classified game mechanics, you will be BURNED and permanently banned.
  • No Sharing of Sensitive Game Data – You may not leak, post, or distribute mission details, codes, or internal documents to the public.

💀 Breaking these rules will result in immediate Ghosting (account removal) and, in severe cases, permanent Burning.

4. Safety & Common Sense

Ghost Directive is a game, but it operates in the real world, where actions have real consequences. Your safety comes first.

🚨 Situations That Require Immediate Disengagement:

  • Law Enforcement Stops You – Remain calm, identify yourself as a game participant, and disengage immediately.
  • A Civilian Questions You – Be transparent. If they seem concerned, disengage immediately to avoid escalation.
  • High-Risk Areas – NEVER enter military bases, crime scenes, construction zones, or other dangerous locations.
  • Suspicious Behavior in Public – Do not wear masks or act in a way that alarms bystanders.

5. You Play at Your Own Risk

🔴 Ghost Directive Will Not Help You If You Break the Rules or the Law

  • You are 100% responsible for your own actions.
  • If you break the law, trespass, or disturb the public, you alone will face the consequences.
  • If authorities contact us regarding your actions, we will fully cooperate with law enforcement.

🚨 Disavowal Clause – You’re On Your Own
If you break the law, Ghost Directive will disavow your existence.

  • We will not acknowledge you as a player.
  • We will not come to your defense.
  • We will not take responsibility for your choices.
  • We will not intervene in legal matters on your behalf.

🚨 Final Warning: No Excuses, No Exceptions

  • If you get caught doing something illegal, unsafe, or reckless, DO NOT contact us for help.
  • If you get banned, DO NOT ask for reinstatement.
  • Once you cross the line, we will erase you from the game.

However, if law enforcement stops or questions you for simply playing the game within the rules, you are free to calmly explain that you are participating in a live-action game called Ghost Directive.
